SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, we ship within the US (not including outlying territories). Orders are shipped 1-4 business days after an order has been successfully placed.
Upon us shipping your order, tracking and shipment information will be provided via email.
Once an order has shipped, Lamar Denon IS NOT RESPONSIBLE or has any control over delayed deliveries, damages, or missing or stolen packages. In the instance a package is lost or stolen, you are responsible to file a claim. Currently, Lamar Denon does not replace missing or stolen packages.
Exchanges/Store Credit
Our luxury products are handmade with time and passion; currently, we do not offer refunds or returns. In the event that you would like your purchase to be considered for an exchange or for store credit, please contact us within 72 hours of RECEIVING your order and we will get back to you (this time is based on the tracking date and time provided by the shipping).
Damages
Your order is packed with care to ensure safe delivery; unfortunately, packages get damaged in the care of shipping carriers. In the instance that your package is received damaged, we ask that you send a picture of your damaged product unused within 24 hrs of delivery to info@lamardenon.com (the delivery time is based on the tracking confirmation from the shipping carrier).
